I have a question about the new website sign up process. When I signed someone up today, when I hit the submit/register button it changed her requested user name to the first part of her email address instead of her requested user name. Example … xxxxxx@gmail.com and her requested user name was something completely different. It changed her user name to XXXXXX. Ideas?

I have lost my coil. A week or so ago someone mentioned they had lost their coil. They were told to be sure it was clicked in securely to their device. I had noticed that mine came loose even after it was clicked in well. I had put tape on it and wish I had of continued to do so. Can you give me an idea of how many coils have been lost and can Healy do anything to prevent this in the future? I have submitted a ticket to support.

Doc Steve doesn't have the time to assist me with techie stuff, only suggestions with programs. I really don't have an active, engaged upline. Omg this happened this weekend to me and it wouldn’t find my Healy. My iPad showed the battery was 91%. After numerous test runs decided to double check my Healy battery from my iPhone and my battery was in actuality 10%.
